    Let’s start with when. If you don’t know when you’re doing an activity, it becomes very easy to stop doing that activity.

    Step 1: Go to the FItbit website and sign into your account.

    Step 2: Once you’re signed in, here is what you’ve got to do. Click on the Settings icon located at the right-end top of the page.

    Step 3: Now find the option named Personal Info and click on it.

    Step 4: Scroll down until you find an option named Clock Display Time. Click on this option and select your desired time.
